The mysterious transition of life that takes place when the energy of the yeast is reborn in the wine after 17 years of aging. The "second life" of Dom Pérignon, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2, was born through time and we have created a tasting installation to experience the transformation of time.
